I love making these pizzas with my nieces and nephew, when LO is old enough I think it would a great activity for us too. The reason why I like the Tortilla Pizza so much is because it’s low on carbs so that I don’t pack on too many of those bad carbs when eating this pizza. Today’s recipe is and easy and skinny version of the 3 ingredient pizza.
Lay out your Tortilla and spread out your sauce. Sprinkle a layer of cheese and add your toppings. Bake for 9-12 minutes at 350 degrees
Bonus: I did a Chicken ranch version of this that came out awesome. Spread ranch dressing as your sauce, sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese and add shredded chicken breast and green onions.
This is another pizza I did also that came out delicious. The toppings I used: green onions, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cut pepperoni, and shredded chicken breasts.
