This is a fantastic autumn and fall recipe that requires only two ingredients and it’s very kid friendly also so your daughter or son can help with this recipe. With leaves changing just around the corner this is the perfect recipe to kick off the season.
What you will need:
12 cup muffin pan
Hershey’s Pumpkin Spice Kisses (my fave! Pumpkin spice everything!!)
One small can of pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
Mix together your pumpkin and chocolate cake mix.
Grease your muffin pan. Don’t want those puppies to get stuck in there.
Fill your muffin pan and bake as directed. While they are baking, you can start unwrapping your kisses (psst… this is the perfect “kids can help” opportunity.)
Once they are done baking, I let them cool for a minute or two and then put the kiss on top. This makes about 36 mini two bite cupcakes
