What you will need:
Bell pepper – red and green is what I used
1 lb of chicken breasts or thighs – I used thighs today.
A cup of cut pineapple
Teriyaki Sauce – you can pick up a premade bottle at the grocery store
OR make your own:
1 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of brown sugar
A dash of garlic
Two tablespoons of ginger
Cut your chicken into bite size portions. Place your chicken and pineapple in your pan and add your sauce (after you have mixed all the ingredients together), cook on medium heat. While this is cooking, you can wash and cut your veggies.
