You’ve had a busy exhausting day at work, the kids are home from school, your husband is coming come late and you have no idea what to cook for dinner. The nice thing about this meal is that you can pre-make it and freeze it so that all you have to do it defrost it in the fridge and bake.
What you will need:
4-5 pork chops
¼ cup of Mustard
¼ cup of Honey
Pepper to taste
Add your ingredients into a Ziploc bag. If you are making this meal for immediate use then let the ingredients marinate for about 30 minutes before baking.
Bake for twenty to thirty minutes at 350 degres or until juices run clean. Serve with any side dish, although I do recommend Cauliflower Rice at only 60 calories per serving!
