I love hummus! It’s one of my favorite snack foods ever. It goes with crackers, veggies, lasagna chips and it can also enhance meals. I f r I c k I n l o v e h u m m u s.
This one is easy because it only requires four ingredients, most that you can already find in your pantry or fridge and with your ninja blender it takes just five minutes to make.
What you will need:
A Can of Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 table spoon Lemon juice
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
And two cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Place all your ingredients in your ninja blender and blend for about a minute.
And there you go! 5-Minute Hummus!
