I love doing quick and easy recipes, especially recipes where I can incorporate my children. My little one is too young to participate in this activity, but I often enjoy doing these types of recipes with my nieces and nephews. It’s a fun activity for them and they can learn things like measurements or practicing their numbers. I also love that the ingredients are items that I already have on-hand in my pantry and fridge. And plus… who doesn’t love pizza?! What you will need: Pillsbury biscuits Spaghetti Sauce Shredded Cheese And toppings of your choice! Take your biscuits and flatten them as much as you can to create your pizza crust. Once you have those biscuits flattened. Take your spaghetti sauce and spread them on your pizza crusts. The nice thing about this is that I used leftover spaghetti sauce from yesterday’s dinner that I can use for this recipe so I didn’t need to open a new jar. You really only need about ¼ cup to ½ cup of spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle a nice layer of cheese on your pizzas, once that is done you can add whatever toppings you would like on them. I added pepperoni on mine, but I have known to also add mushrooms also. Pepperoni and mushrooms are the best toppings.... in my opinion anyway. Bake as directed. Do you have any kid friendly recipes that you would like to share? Email me and we'll put it in our next post!
