I love making healthy alternatives for little one and for myself. My whole family is definitely addicted to icecream and something that is as sugary as icecream I am always up for any healthy alternative. My favorite things about this recipe: 1) it’s two ingredient, and for those have been following me knows that I love the recipes that are under five ingredients 2) its fast and easy to make! With my ninja blender I can make this ice cream in less than five minutes. 3) and as I stated before it’s healthy with no added sugars!
What you will need:
Frozen bananas (make is a habit to always have a bag on hand in your freezer. Lots of recipes that go great with them)
A tall can of coconut milk
Combine your ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately for soft serve or freeze over night to stiffen.
